Amadou Diagne is an experienced teacher and workshop leader for traditional West African music styles. Djembe percussion, Kit drums, Kora, West African guitar styles and singing. He also has been in demand for a general introduction to the music, rhythms and songs of Senegal which has been popular for large audiences.
Amadou has given workshops at various venues and festivals including Backwell Festival, Bath Folk Festival, WOMAD, Cornwall Folk Festival, and Sidmouth Festival. Amadou has worked with the WOMAD foundation to deliver workshops in schools, and has been involved in workshops and performing for hospitals and residential Care establishments.
